Food delivery operations dashboard
- Tracks platform health for a food delivery service: demand, customer retention, SLA performance, and restaurant-level operational bottlenecks.
- Stakeholder-focused views for executives, CX teams, and operations, each filterable to full-year 2024 or any quarter.
- Key finding: demand held steady across 2024 while ratings and on-time delivery slipped. Q4 delays traced back to prep time at a few high-impact restaurants, which drove most SLA misses even as the delivery tail improved.
